The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the Hilton DeSoto.  Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE CogSIMA 2017 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms attended. VISA ASSISTANCE FROM IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY

  1. Visa Assistant Letters (soft copy in PDF format) will be sent to all attendees who requested a letter during registration and have paid their fees in full. Those needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a ( ComSoc Visa Assistance Request). Request for a hard copy visa letter will be subject to a US $25 fee to cover the cost of courier delivery.
